RIVAL PARTNERS WITH PROCAMPS, THE NATIONWIDE LEADER IN YOUTH SPORTS CAMPS

NEW YORK (March 15, 2022) – ProCamps, a best-in-class event management and sports marketing company specializing in developing, managing, and operating camps, appearances, brand activations and related experiences for professional athletes and coaches, is launching a nationwide esports community with Rival. With the partnership, the organization will introduce an online gaming experience to complement its in-person events, which serves first-class experiences to young athletes across the country.

“Through this partnership with Rival, we’re able to extend our event calendar and engage our participants year-round. This also allows our current partners an extension of support to our core in-person event business, while also offering an opportunity to bring in new partners in the esports space. We have already been able to extend our relationships with the likes of Dicks Sporting Goods, Pizza Hut, and Welches Fruit Snacks, while also adding the online optical industry leader, Zenni Optical.  We are excited to take the ProCamps brand into the world of esports and think Rival is the perfect partner,”  said ProCamps President Eric Liebler

As the nationwide leader in youth sports camps, ProCamps inspires young athletes through youth camp opportunities with some of the most recognizable names in sports in football, baseball, basketball, soccer and hockey. The launch of its gaming community will extend its footprint with its campers beyond the playing field and across the country, 365 days a year.

Rival will become the hub for ProCamps’ gaming community and its national provider for all ProCamps esports competitions and programming, enabling campers to participate in virtual tournaments and recreational competitive play across a variety of game titles, and in competition with other ProCamps campers in a safe and secure environment.

“With the introduction of its gaming community, Rival will amplify and build on what ProCamps offers its clients and campers to connect more deeply off the field, year-round and across the nation,” said Rival CMO Dan Parise. “The online community will offer ProCamps yet another touch point with its core audience as well as additional revenue opportunities with its robust roster of corporate partners.”

The ProCamps gaming community will launch this Spring, offering a variety of game titles, experiences and prizes, including meet and greets with professional athletes, free camp registrations and partner rewards.

ProCamps Gaming partners include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Pizza Hut, Welch’s Fruit Snacks and Zenni Optical.
